Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Laurel, MS is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate deliveries. You will manage the parts department and assist with upselling while maintaining vehicle fleet safety and inventory knowledge.

The role requires strong organizational skills, basic dispatch knowledge, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and upsell to customers.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Maintain store vehicle fleet and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls and basic account touchpoints.
• Lead organization of parts department and backroom.
