Job summary

Sherwood Park Hyundai is hiring a Front Counter Parts Advisor to research, source, and sell parts for customers and technicians. You will manage special orders, quote prices, and handle inventory while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with parts and service teams, maintain accuracy, and follow safety policies. Experience in automotive parts and CDK is advantageous, with a focus on professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Some familiarity with working in an automotive dealership and/or Parts Department.
• Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses is asset.
• Experience with CDK is asset.
• General understanding of Parts & Service operations and inventory management.
• Diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional and high-integrity approach to work.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
• High-level skills in Word, Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and source parts for customers and technicians.
• Sell parts to customers or service work orders.
• Complete special-order parts requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers on status of parts and notify upon delivery.
• Pick-up parts for customers or technicians as required.
• Restock shelves and organize parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Follow company safety policies and perform other duties as needed.
