Ken Garff Hyundai Surprise is seeking a talented Parts Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help customers, process transactions, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an automotive parts department, strong computer skills, and a commitment to customer service. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Ken Garff network.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information (electronic or paper-based).
• Strong customer-service orientation and empathy for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly per dealership guidelines.
• Encourage the sale of branded parts and assist customers at the counter.
• Coordinate inventory accuracy and transactions in the Parts Department.
• Refresh displays, support accessory availability with Sales Manager, and assist with warranty/billing adjustments.
• Monitor backorders and ensure timely deliveries; ensure proper tagging for credits.
