Job summary

PepsiCo in Dayville, CT is seeking a hands-on palletizing operator for a 3rd shift (12:50 pm – 8:00 am). You will monitor automated palletizers, program codes, verify counts, and adjust as needed to keep products moving safely and accurately.

Expect hands-on training in a fast-paced, physical environment with focus on safety and quality. You will support with LOTO procedures and conveyor flow, while using terminals to track production schedules and checks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated/robotic palletizing equipment to build pallets.
  • Program product codes, validate case counts, and adjust as production needs.
  • Troubleshoot stacker and related equipment; follow safety protocols (LOTO).
  • Set up palletizing boards and ensure proper conveyor flow.
  • Use computer terminals to input/request information per production schedule.
