Job summary

PepsiCo in Pulaski, TN is hiring a package line worker. Shifts run Mon-Fri with start times of 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM and end times of 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM. You will build boxes, pack products, and perform quality checks on a fast-paced line.

On-the-job training is provided. The role requires standing, lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift, with routine sanitation duties and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as off shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.

Responsibilities

• Construct boxes and pack them manually or with automated machines.
• Perform regular quality checks.
• Set up lines during a changeover.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
