Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dependable packaging associate in Beloit, WI to support carton loading and sanitation on a fast-paced production line. The role requires standing, lifting and moving cartons, with weekend and holiday shifts.

You will monitor equipment, follow safety practices, and help maintain organized, sustainable packaging operations. On-the-job training is provided, in a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift.
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Clean, load, and monitor cartons to keep production of beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos running smoothly.
• Your organization and attention to detail ensure products move safely through packaging and reach communities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and load cartons to keep production running smoothly.
• Properly sanitize cartons following established safety and sanitation practices.
• Monitor carton operators to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage carton inventory and keep work areas organized.
• Recycle old cardboard cartons and support site sustainability practices.
