Job summary

Caliber is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Plymouth, MN to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding and buffing and maintaining the paint booth and workspace. This role supports a production shop using state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the paint booth and workspace
