Job summary

Caliber Collision is actively seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently assist in preparing vehicles for painting and to support the Auto Painter for a smooth workflow in a production shop.

Your duties include sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth and workspace clean, while helping to repair vehicles according to Caliber and OEM standards. This role features weekly pay, overtime eligibility (if hourly), and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance coverage
• Nice to have collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for painting and ensure efficient workflow
• Sand and buff surfaces and maintain the paint booth and workspace
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards to repair vehicles safely and thoroughly
