Job summary

Caliber Collision in Plymouth is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to support painting operations and prep work. You will assist the Auto Painter, sand and buff surfaces, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires basic collision center experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in a production shop. Competitive hourly pay plus overtime eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs and kneeling.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as part of prep work.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to keep a clean area.
• Assist Auto Painter in repairing vehicles per Caliber and OEM standards.
