Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Daphne to prepare vehicles for painting and support the Auto Painter for efficient workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace, ensuring safety and compliance with OEM standards using our equipment.

The role offers a starting pay of $16–$20 per hour with overtime potential for hourly staff, plus benefits from day one and opportunities for career advancement within a production shop.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
