Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ontario is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure smooth workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace using state-of-the-art equipment.

Applicants should have 1+ years in paint operations in a collision center, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance; E-Verify and related compliance are acknowledged in company

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff surfaces as needed.
• Maintain the paint booth and workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
