Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to support painting operations at the Kent Island service center. You will prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter, handling sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

Responsibilities include safe, thorough vehicle repairs in line with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment. Opportunities for skilled training and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sanding, buffing, and maintenance of paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
