Job summary

Caliber Collision Mullica Hill is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding and buffing and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.

The helper will support thorough, safe vehicle repairs in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment. Eligibility for medical benefits, overtime, and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow
• Sand and buff surfaces as part of the prep and refinishing process
• Maintain the paint booth and workspace to keep a clean, safe, and productive environment
• Assist with thorough and safe repair work in line with Caliber and OEM standards
