Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper to support the painting team by preparing vehicles for paint. You will sand, buff, and assist with maintaining the paint booth and workspace to ensure smooth workflow in a busy collision center.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of paint operations experience, are at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license with eligibility under Caliber’s policy. A fast-paced shop environment requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safety and efficiency
• Repair vehicles thoroughly and safely per Caliber and OEM standards
