This position supports production, helps uphold Caliber and OEM standards, and offers hands-on training with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sanding and buffing; maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently to support production and quality.
