Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Benbrook, TX, to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in close cooperation with the Auto Painter and to keep the workflow smooth. The role involves sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace in a high-volume shop.

The position requires 1+ years in paint operations within a collision center, legal age, and a valid driver’s license with coverage eligibility. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
• Duties may include sanding and buffing vehicles.
• Maintain the paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
