Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fresno is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prep vehicles for painting and support the Auto Painter to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include sanding, buffing, and maintaining a clean, safe paint booth and workspace. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and 1+ year of experience in paint operations; CDL/ Vo-Tech certification is a plus. Benefits start day one, weekly pay, overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Collision Vo-Tech certification or prior collision experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding and buffing.
• Assist the Auto Painter to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace in a clean, safe condition.
