Job summary

Caliber Collision in Dallas is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to support painting operations and ensure a smooth workflow with the Auto Painter. You will prepare vehicles, sand and buff, and maintain the paint booth and workspace to meet Caliber and OEM standards using our state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

Requires 1+ year in paint operations at a collision center, must be 18+, and have a valid driver's license. Collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing; maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and thoroughly per Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment
