Job summary

Caliber Collision in Sparks, NV is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter to maintain an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth and workspace clean and safe, using state-of-the-art equipment. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of paint operations experience in a collision center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
