Job summary

Caliber Collision in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist the Auto Painter by sanding and buffing, and helping maintain the paint booth and workspace for efficient production.

The role supports safe, high-quality results and requires 1+ year of paint-ops experience. A valid driver’s license, ability to work 18+, and potential eligibility for Caliber insurance are necessary; prior collision experience or Vo-Tech cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Sand and buff vehicles to prep for painting.
• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with Auto Painter.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safe, clean operations.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly and safely according to Caliber and OEM standards.
