Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper at our Scottsdale service center to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support a smooth workflow.

You will assist in repairing vehicles to meet Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality in a busy production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing; maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Assist in repairing vehicles to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
