Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong service team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, install batteries and shocks, and road test vehicles as part of daily duties.

The position offers full-time/part-time hours with benefits from day one, including training, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications through the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver's license at all times to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shocks, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
