Qualifications

• Three months related experience and/or training.
• Highs school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up customer’s vehicle maintenance and problem needs clearly on repair order.
• Test drive vehicle with customer or refer to test technician as needed.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Complete Ford certification testing as required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
