Job summary

Mariner Finance seeks a customer-focused professional to process direct auto applications for underwriting review and to support the funding and verification of contracts. You will work with underwriters, dealers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include timely processing, maintaining records, and delivering superior service. A high school diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, with travel or other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn financial software.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming auto loan applications for underwriting review.
• Support funding and verification of contracts with underwriters and dealers.
• Maintain accurate records of applications processed and funded.
