Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn financial services programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks to complete duties accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process direct auto applications proactively and accurately; analyze credit & financial information.
• Notify underwriters and manager on duty of pending applications for review.
• Review pending applications to verify underwriting status (approved/denied).
• Contact Sales Finance dealers with answers on credit applications.
• Maintain accurate records on applications processed and funded.
• Work with underwriters to provide verifications of employment and residence.
• Process approved loans and set up loan closing appointments with customers.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions with superior service.
• Provide policy, procedure, and exception information to internal/external customers in a timely, courteous manner.
