Axos Bank is seeking a Consumer Lending Operations Specialist to support and fund auto lending and unsecured lending products. The role requires 2+ years in auto loan funding, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication in English.

You may work overtime and some Saturdays, with bonuses tied to performance targets. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, ensuring due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams to meet service levels while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto loan funding.
• Experience in other consumer lending products preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Review and fund consumer automobile loan applications that conform to credit decisioning in accordance with approved guidelines and policy constraints while meeting service level agreements.
• Prepare required write-ups (as applicable) and ensure all due diligence and background evaluation is complete and thorough before loan funding.
• Communicate effectively with appropriate parties to satisfy conditions and maintain stellar internal and external customer service.
• Thorough review and evaluation of all documentation related to the loan file to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment by contributing to operational efficiencies and by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
• Prepare and complete journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure applications/loans meet regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned, to meet business and company needs.
