Confie and its family of companies – Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others – is a leading insurance broker in the United States with a large network nationwide. We are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

You will solicit new business, maintain current books, and educate clients on suitable products.

Qualifications

• License for Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to reach production targets.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation in the agency system.
• Builds relationships with clients and educates/advises on products best fit their needs.
