Job summary

Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, are seeking an Insurance Agent in Carrollton, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with a sign-on bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.

You will solicit new business, build relationships, and maintain production goals while leveraging ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately document all currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
