Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway Auto Insurance and others—are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, maintain current levels, and expand relationships to hit production goals.

Accurate currency handling and deposits, plus quick relationship building, define success here. A comprehensive training program, mentorship, and generous perks accompany uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Licenses for Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious with opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs
