GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell auto insurance. You will quote, write, and service auto policies for new and existing clients and educate customers on suitable options.

We offer a competitive noncommissioned pay with a full benefits package and 401k with company matching. No cold calling; we write only auto insurance for one carrier and provide Paid Time Off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal auto insurance for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on policy options to fit their needs.
• Answer phones, greet walk-in clients, and support office operations.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through product education and retention.
• Build relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
• Manage client relationships and advise on GoAuto products and services.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and monitor policy changes.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer reports.
