Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell Auto Insurance. Our team offers noncommissioned pay with full benefits, including matching 401k, paid holidays, and a PTO program. No cold calling—our clients come to us and we write only auto insurance for one carrier.

Responsibilities include quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines policies, educating clients, answering phones, and supporting office operations while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal lines auto policies for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on what best fits their needs.
• Answer phones, assist walk-in clients, support office operations.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through product education.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local business.
• Develop and manage client relationships to serve as a resource for GoAuto products.
• Stay current with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
