Job summary

Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics in Burlington, NC is hiring a full-time Auto Glass Technician to install glass and complete repairs. Earn potential ranges from $54K to $156K+ with a standard 8 am–5 pm schedule, five days a week, and limited weekend overtime.

Benefits are full, and the company provides a van, cell phone, and fuel card. Training for ADAS recalibrations is available, along with extensive tooling and support from a large network of locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of auto glass installer experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods during the repair.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile and in-shop auto glass replacements for all customer types.
• Remove and install glass for Body Shop Customers.
• Perform Windshield Chip repairs using standard procedures.
• Offer training to expand knowledge, earnings, and growth (ADAS recalibrations).
• Pre-inspect customer cars and document pre-existing damage in the mobile app.
• Inspect required parts for damage and report issues for resolution.
• Work 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday; Saturday overtime on demand.
