Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking automotive glass technicians and lead techs. Install windshields in shop or mobile units, calibrate ADAS features, and repair chips. Training is provided with opportunities to advance to lead installer within 90 days.

Position includes uncapped earnings potential with per-car bonuses, paid time off, and insurance benefits. Valid driver's license required; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver around vehicles safely during installations.
• Must walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Install windshields and auto glass in shop or mobile unit.
• Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems.
• Repair chips and glass damage.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments from mobile customers.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
