You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality and outstanding customer service while advancing through Technician, Senior Technician and Master Technician levels. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years vehicle glass installation/repair experience for Technician.
• 3+ years for Senior Technician; 5+ years for Master Technician with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot issues and complete diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage work orders and customer communications.
• Mentor and support junior technicians as Senior/Master levels, and comply with company policies.
