Job summary

Glass America in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools and techniques to ensure safe, timely, high‑quality installations and complete the required paperwork while maintaining a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and related products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure safe, timely, and quality installations.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a safe driving record.
• Load glass and assist with factory or supplier documentation.
• Report any installation issues to the Glass Manager promptly.
