Job summary

Glass America in Durham, NC is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to install auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use the proper tools to ensure timely, quality installations and complete all paperwork for each job.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior windshield repair experience is a plus; a strong focus on safe driving and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques for quality installation.
• Complete required paperwork and report to Glass Manager.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Load glass in the truck as needed.
• Provide excellence in customer service.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
