Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations in shop or mobile settings. You will use Safelite tools and technology to deliver high-quality service, interact with customers, and maintain safety standards.

You will operate in various environments, comply with company policies, and participate in ongoing training, with competitive weekly pay and benefits. A valid driver’s license and SafeTech certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; preferred
• Valid driver’s license as required to operate a company vehicle
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, diagnose and test as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Drive Safelite vehicles and stay compliant with safety policies.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, or by phone; promote Safelite services.
