Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in Midland, TX, to deliver high-quality glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. The role emphasizes safety, efficient work, and exceptional customer service.

The technician will perform ADAS recalibrations, utilize Safelite’s tools (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and MRMs, and operate company vehicles throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech™ certification required.
• Ability to operate a Safelite van following safety and traffic laws.
• Flexibility with hours and days worked.
• Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and PPE use.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Perform ADAS recalibrations using Safelite tools and processes.
• Operate Safelite’s tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRMs).
• Safely transport between locations in company van.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite items.
• Other duties as assigned.
