Job summary

Glass America, Inc. is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and other automotive glass, in-shop or on mobile assignments in Merrillville, IN. You will use proper tools to install glass, perform repairs when needed, and ensure high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass in shop or on a mobile basis using proper tools.
• Perform auto glass repairs as needed and ensure quality workmanship.
• Complete required paperwork and submit to the appropriate person/location.
• Load glass in the truck as needed and maintain safe driving record.
• Follow Glass America policies and maintain high levels of quality control.
