Job summary

Glass America, Inc. is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles, in-shop or on mobile service. Technicians will use proper tools to ensure quality installations and timely service.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time roles include substantial benefits and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Replace windshields and window glass in vehicles in-shop or on mobile basis.
• Load and handle glass safely; operate hand and power tools.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a safe driving record and provide excellent customer service.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
