Job summary

Glass America in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking an Auto Glass Technician. You will replace windshields and glass in vehicles, performing installations in-shop or on the go.

Ensure quality workmanship, complete paperwork, and maintain safety standards while providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should have 4–6 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and ready to operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and related products in-shop or mobile.
• Use proper tools to ensure quality installations for Glass America customers.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with company policy.
• Load glass in the truck as needed.
• Report problems to the Glass Manager promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality work.
