Glass America in Durham, NC is hiring Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and glass in vehicles. The role includes in-shop or mobile installations, using proper tools, completing paperwork, and maintaining a safe driving record.

You may perform glass repairs and must load glass and equipment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We value experience, with a high school diploma or GED preferred and 4–6 years in related work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Uses proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely installation.
• Completes paperwork and submits to the appropriate location.
• Maintains a safe driving record per company policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Loads glass in the truck and prepares equipment.
• Reports problems to the Glass Manager immediately.
• Maintains high levels of quality control and customer service.
• Ensures equipment is operating properly.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
