Job summary

Glass America in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to replace windshields and glass in vehicles. You will install glass in-shop or on mobile calls and ensure quality, safety, and timely service for customers.

The role requires a HS diploma, 4-6 years of related experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and willingness to pass background and drug screening are required. Glass America offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Uses proper tools and techniques to ensure quality installation service.
• Follows up with Glass Manager on problems during installation.
• Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record per policy.
