Safelite in Florida seeks qualified Auto Glass Technicians to perform windshield repair and replacement with an emphasis on safety and customer service. You will recalibrate safety systems and utilize Safelite tools such as True Seal, Ezi-Wire, and GTS while working both in shop and on mobile sites.

Duties include clear customer communication and ongoing performance coaching for Senior/Master levels. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of auto

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• 2+ years experience as Auto Glass Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services with safety and quality focus.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
