Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Technician Trainee who will be trained to perform auto glass repair, replacement and recalibrations. The role includes hands-on learning, classroom instruction, and a path to Safelite-certified Technician status.

trainees earn competitive pay starting at $20.25/hour with raises after training, plus benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for promotion within the first year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Support recalibration of automotive safety systems and diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products as needed.
• Complete training and pass certification testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
