Safelite is seeking candidates for a Technician Trainee program in Gastonia, NC. You’ll train hands-on and in classrooms to become a Safelite-certified Technician, learning glass repair, replacement, and recalibration skills as part of the Safelite Way.

You’ll be paid to learn, with benefits and a structured path to certification, including tuition reimbursement and paid training. Expect growth, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction as you progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
