Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a full‑time Auto Glass Technician to manage daily service operations and build strong customer rapport. The role includes repair, replacement, and installation of all vehicle glass, with ADAS calibration responsibilities in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive glass experience, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency. Must lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of automotive glass experience.
• Able to read and understand factory and non-factory service information.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Read and communicate diagnosis clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect windshields and auto glass to estimate repairs.
• Repair/install/replace auto glass and calibrate as needed.
• Communicate with insurance for authorizations and filing claims.
• Measure glass and fit new pieces per exact specifications.
• Install windshields using proper adhesive and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
