Auto Glass Now in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Sr. Auto Glass Technician to join our fast-growing team. You will install windshields and calibrate vehicle electronics at store locations, airports, or mobile units, delivering high-quality glass repair and replacement services.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
- Proficiency with various auto glass tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Strong customer experience and problem-solving skills.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical duties.
Responsibilities
- Install windshields and auto glass in shop, airport or mobile units.
- Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems.
- Repair chips and other glass damage.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with a job well done.
- Process payments from mobile customers.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Provide world-class customer service to customers and vendors.
