Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians and Customer Service Reps at various locations across the U.S. No experience is required for entry-level managers, with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING with $25/hr during training.
• Promotion opportunities to Shop Manager with $65,000+ per year.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding, & training of Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps.
• Create employee schedules & submit payroll.
• Balance registers, close out invoices, and make bank deposits.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and budget wisely.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
