Job summary

Safelite Group in Ponca City, OK is seeking an Auto Glass Repair Specialist I to repair vehicle glass and deliver outstanding service. You will learn Safelite methods, handle chip repairs, manage work orders with the Safelite Mobile Resource Management system, and interact with customers to promote services.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and Safelite SafeTech certification, plus 18+ years of age and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate a vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass related issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using Safelite MRM technology.
• Interact with customers to promote Safelite services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop and vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools as required.
